Now, we’re ready for you…

 

The SVP Sales will report directly to the CEO and “own” the revenue number, including building the strategy to continue our delicious execution.

 

This will entail developing the company’s channel strategy, including grocery, clubs, brokers, foodservice, international – based on data & market trends.

 

From there, you’ll create account-specific strategies for our top accounts including product assortment, merchandising, and sell-thru plans. You’ll get to the know the buyers & senior executives at our key retailers.

 

Of course, you’ll lead our (small but high-impact) sales organization. Together, you’ll provide market feedback into the company’s product roadmap.

 

And you’ll work with our venture capital firms, lenders, and board members. This is a high-visibility role.
